Partnerships

Let's Work Together Longer Term

Sometimes what you need isn’t a sprint or a single strategy session—you need sustained support over time.

Whether you’re building your business foundation from scratch or you’re in an intensive building phase that needs weekly attention, Partnership options give you consistent access to strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. You get someone who understands both the big picture and the details, working alongside you month after month.

Foundation Partnership

What it is, what gets done

Foundation Partnership is monthly support for building sustainable business basics. Whether you’re a new business or an established one that hasn’t had the time, finances or focus to build their foundation, this is about setting up a proper baseline. We work on one area at a time until it’s solid, then move to the next—messaging, content systems, client onboarding, business operations—whatever foundational pieces will make everything else easier.

What you’ll walk away with each month (guided on your needs):

  • Systems that actually work together—your CRM talks to your email marketing, your intake forms feed into your project management, everything connects
  • Templates and frameworks you can reuse—email sequences, social media content, client communication scripts, proposal templates
  • Strategic clarity on what to build next—not just what’s urgent, but what will create capacity for growth
  • Organized project vault—all work lives in your shared folder, downloadable to keep after our partnership
  • Progress dashboard—see exactly where each project stands, who’s handling what, and what’s coming next

Monthly focus areas could include: Marketing foundation (messaging, content systems, lead generation), business operations (client onboarding, service delivery, pricing strategy), content creation (website updates, email sequences, social media templates), and system organization (CRM setup, file management, simple automation).

More details on workflow

Foundation Partnership follows a bi-weekly rhythm designed for steady, sustainable progress. You get 8-10 hours of monthly implementation work plus strategic guidance through regular calls. This isn’t about rushing through everything at once—it’s about building properly so you don’t have to rebuild later. Here’s how the partnership unfolds:

Before we start

You'll complete a comprehensive assessment so I can understand your business landscape. Then we have an initial 90-minute strategy call to map our work together, set priorities, and create your first month's focus plan.

Bi-weekly 75-minute strategy calls (2 per month)

We meet every other week to guide implementation work, make decisions together, and troubleshoot questions. We dig into whatever foundation piece needs attention—whether that's messaging, content systems, client onboarding, or business operations. These calls keep us aligned and moving forward.

Between calls

I'm working on the implementation—building the systems, creating the templates, handling the setup work that's been on your someday/maybe list. You have email support for quick questions that come up.

Quarterly reviews

Every three months, we step back and make sure everything we're building still aligns with where you're headed. Businesses evolve, and your systems should evolve with them.

"Right fit" guidance

It’s important we’re both confident this is the right fit. If you’ve read this far and you’re thinking it sounds good but aren’t sure if it works for your situation, here are a few more cues about when it’s definitely the right call, when you might want to consider something else, or when you might want to schedule a call to chat through more details.

A Foundation Partnership would work well if:

  • You prefer ongoing partnership over project-based work
  • You have multiple things that need targeted, ongoing support (your to-do list is longer than a Sprint can handle)
  • You recognize you’re missing foundational pieces that create problems later
  • You want consistent help ensuring all your systems work together
  • You’re ready for steady, sustainable progress with strategic support

It probably isn’t the right fit if:

  • You only need one or two specific things done right now—a Sprint would be more cost-effective
You need weekly intensive support and faster turnaround—Elevated Partnership would be a better fit
You’re not ready to commit to at least 3 months of partnership work
  • You want someone to just execute a checklist without strategic input—this is collaborative partnership, not task delegation

Price

$1,500 (going to $2,000 after January 2026)

3-month minimum commitment for new Foundation Partnership clients. Month-to-month thereafter with 30 days written notice.

Elevated Partnership

What it is, what gets done

Elevated Partnership is intensive monthly support for concentrated building phases. Whether you’re launching a new product or service, leveling up your customer experience and retention, or building referral programs—this is for periods where you need weekly support and faster turnaround. Think of it as having a fractional CMO who handles both strategy and execution.

What you’ll walk away with each month (guided on your needs):

  • Comprehensive campaign execution—from concept to launch to optimization, handled start to finish
  • Weekly strategic guidance—stay on top of everything happening in your marketing world, from performance to pivots
  • Rapid implementation—12-14 hours monthly means faster turnaround on everything
  • Performance tracking and optimization—monthly reviews showing what’s working and what needs adjustment
  • Organized project vault—all campaigns and assets in your shared folder, downloadable to keep
  • Strategic partnership—someone who understands your business and can make decisions that align with your goals

This isn’t just marketing support—it’s having a strategic partner in the trenches with you during intensive building phases.

More details on workflow

Elevated Partnerships follow a weekly rhythm designed for concentrated building phases where you need consistent attention and rapid implementation. You get 12-14 hours of monthly implementation work plus weekly strategic calls. This level is for when you’re launching something significant, scaling campaigns, or in a period that demands intensive focus. Here’s how the partnership unfolds:

Before we start

You'll complete a comprehensive assessment so I can understand your business landscape. Then we have an initial 90-minute strategy call to map our work together, set priorities, and create your first month's focus plan.

Weekly 60-minute strategy calls (4 per month)

We meet every week to guide implementation work, make decisions together, and stay on top of everything happening. These calls keep us agile—if something's working, we double down. If something needs adjustment, we pivot quickly. Weekly contact means nothing falls through the cracks.

Between calls

I'm serving as your marketing department—creating campaigns, optimizing content, building systems, coordinating everything that needs to happen. You have priority email support for quick turnaround when you need strategic input.

Monthly performance reviews

Every month, we look at what's working and what's not. Data informs our next moves. We're not just busy—we're effective.

Quarterly reviews

Every three months, we zoom out and look at bigger-picture direction. Where are we headed? What needs to shift? What's the next concentrated phase?

"Right fit" guidance

It’s important we’re both confident this is the right fit. If you’ve read this far and you’re thinking it sounds good but aren’t sure if it works for your situation, here are a few more cues about when it’s definitely the right call, when you might want to consider something else, or when you might want to schedule a call to chat through more details.

An Elevated Partnership would work well if:

  • You know your energy is better spent on what you’re actually good at
  • You want someone else to take the lead on marketing strategy and execution
  • You’re ready to invest significantly in scaling your business
  • You prefer weekly guidance and rapid implementation
  • You’re in an intensive building phase and need concentrated support

It probably isn’t the right fit if:

  • You’re still building foundational pieces—Foundation Partnership would be more appropriate for establishing basics first
  • You only need occasional support—Foundation Partnership’s bi-weekly rhythm would be sufficient
  • You’re not ready to commit to at least 3 months of intensive weekly work
  • You want to maintain tight control over every marketing decision—this level requires trust and delegation

Price

$2,800 (going to $3,500 after January 2026)

3-month minimum commitment for new Elevated Partnership clients. Month-to-month thereafter with 30 days written notice.

Common Questions

How do I know which Partnership level is right for me?

Foundation is for building the basics steadily over time—good for new businesses, major transitions, or systematically improving what you have. Elevated is for intensive building phases where you need weekly support and faster turnaround—think product launches, scaling campaigns, or periods where you need someone in the trenches with you daily. If you’re not sure, let’s talk.

How is this different from hiring staff to do marketing?

Less commitment of your resources—you’re not paying an annual salary, benefits, or managing someone’s development and workload. You get high-level strategic support while still getting hands-on implementation. Just one person to manage who understands both strategy and execution. And if your needs change, you can adjust or end the partnership without the complications of letting someone go.

Can I switch between Foundation and Elevated?

Yes. If your needs change during our work together, we can adjust. Most people start with Foundation and move to Elevated for specific concentrated periods, then back to Foundation for maintenance.

What if I only need support for a few months?

The 3-month minimum exists because meaningful work needs time to develop. After that initial term, you can continue month-to-month or wrap up our partnership. Some clients work with me for a few months, take what they’ve built and run with it, then come back later when they’re ready for the next phase.

What's not included in Partnerships?

Ongoing management or maintenance after our partnership ends (though I do offer website hosting packages separately). Advanced development or custom coding. Paid advertising strategy or media buying. Anything requiring specialized licensing I don’t have.

How is this different from the Sprint?

Sprint is a focused work period on specific stuck tasks. Partnerships are ongoing monthly support for building systematically over time. If you have a long list of things to tackle, Partnership is usually more cost-effective than multiple Sprints. If you just need a few key things done now, Sprint makes more sense.

What if I want to commit to a full year?

I’m happy to discuss extended partnerships. If you’re ready to commit to a full year upfront, let’s talk about what makes sense—I can usually offer better pricing for longer commitments.
