I help finish business tasks sitting on your list.

Your outdated website. Those rack cards you need printed. The email sequence sitting half-done in a Google Doc. The intake form you meant to update last year.

I don’t (just) give advice about them. I actually complete them while you do what you do best (or what you want to do more).

Most people work with me through a focused Sprint to knock out their priority projects.

What's the big deal with unfinished tasks?

Every unfinished project drains mental energy. That outdated About page, that missing client welcome series, that half-finished service menu … they’re all running in the background of your brain like apps you forgot to close.

When these tasks get completed, you get your energy back. You can focus on the work you actually love instead of managing a mental to-do list that never ends.

Start checking off your to-do list

Most people start with a To-Do to Done Sprint. This service is a focused work period where we tackle your most important stuck tasks. Typically completes within one week, with flexibility based on materials and your availability.

  • Wednesday (Day 1): We hop on a strategy call and figure out what matters most to create your completion plan.
  • Thursday-Sunday (Days 2-4): You gather any materials I need while I prepare and plan.
  • Monday (Day 5): I’m doing the actual work while you run your business.
  • Wednesday (Day 7): We have our final review call, walking through all the things that are done and ready to use.

Price: $940 (going to $1,440 after January 2026)

What gets done

I help business owners finish the marketing stuff they’ve been putting off—things like:

Focus Areas Examples
Websites & Digital Presence
Building or updating your website, refreshing outdated copy, setting up hosting, creating landing pages
Marketing Materials
Designing business cards and rack cards, creating brochures, developing email signatures and digital assets
Content & Messaging
Writing service descriptions, crafting email sequences, developing your About page, creating social media templates
Systems & Workflows
Building client intake forms, setting up booking systems, organizing your CRM, automating email communications
Strategic Planning
Mapping customer journeys, restructuring service menus, clarifying pricing, planning content strategy

Usually 2-4 things can get checked off your to-do list per Sprint depending on scope. Sometimes it’s one project. Sometimes it’s several that need to work together. Either way, we figure out what matters most and get it done.

What makes this different

I don’t just consult, I complete.

Most business coaches and consultants give you strategy and advice, then send you off to implement it yourself. That’s where things stall.

I’m actually doing the work. Updating the website. Designing the rack cards. Writing the email sequence. Building the intake form.

And, I make sure everything works together.

Your website copy affects your service descriptions, which influences your pricing, which shapes your client communications. Instead of five different freelancers who don’t talk to each other, you get someone who sees how the pieces connect.

Not because I’m trying to create more work—because I’m trying to save you from fixing the same problem twice.

Other ways to work together

If you need help figuring out what to tackle first:

What To Do Audit | 90-minute session where we map what’s draining you and prioritize what’s worth fixing. Some people do this before a Sprint. Others just need the clarity and handle the rest themselves. ($300, going to $450 after January 2026)

If you’re building your business foundation and need ongoing support:

Foundation Partnership | Monthly retainer for steady progress on the basics. Good for new businesses or major transitions. ($1,500/month, going to $2,000/month after January 2026)

Elevated Partnership | Weekly intensive support for when you’re in a concentrated building phase. ($2,800/month, going to $3,500/month after January 2026)
