To-Do to Done Sprint
Let's Check Things Off Your List!
Sometimes you just need to get things done and out of the way so your brain can move forward with other things.
The website that’s been 80% finished for six months. The business cards you keep meaning to order. The client intake form that’s still a messy Google Doc. These aren’t massive strategic questions—they’re tasks you know need doing, and they’re draining mental energy every time you think about them.
A Sprint is a focused work period where we tackle the business tasks sitting on your list—the ones draining your mental energy, the ones you know need doing but keep getting pushed to next week, and the next, and the next. Typically completes within one week, with flexibility based on materials and your availability.
What it is, what gets done
A To-Do to Done Sprint helps you finally complete those stuck projects, free up mental bandwidth, and get momentum back. Some people tackle website updates, others knock out marketing materials or set up systems that have been languishing. All of it creates the space you need to focus on what you actually do best.
What you’ll walk away with:
- Completed projects ready to use—website updates live, business cards ordered, email sequences written and loaded, intake forms functional
- Training on how to maintain what we built—simple documentation and walkthrough so you’re empowered, not dependent
- Mental bandwidth restored—no more background apps draining your focus
- Clear next steps if there’s more to tackle—either handle it yourself or explore ongoing partnership options
- Organized deliverables—checklists for website updates, design files in folders, step-by-step guides for new systems

Here's a typical Sprint flow
Sprints follow a focused 7-day structure designed to get things done without rushing. While the typical timeline runs Wednesday to Wednesday, we adjust based on materials gathering and your availability—the goal is completion, not arbitrary deadlines. Plan for about 4-6 hours of focused implementation work on your priority projects. Here’s how the process unfolds:
Day 1 (Wednesday):
We spend 90 minutes digging into your actual to-do list. We figure out what matters most, what will give you the most energy back when completed, and create your completion plan.
Days 2-4 (Thursday-Sunday):
You gather any materials I need—logins, brand assets, existing content. No pressure for everything to be perfectly organized. It's really just about getting them to me so I can hit the ground running on Monday.
Day 5 (Monday):
I spend 4-6 focused hours actually DOING the work. While you're running your business, I'm tackling your list.
Day 7 (Wednesday):
We spend 90 minutes walking through everything I completed, and I teach you how to maintain what we built.
"Right fit" guidance
It’s important we’re both confident this is the right fit. If you’ve read this far and you’re thinking it sounds good but aren’t sure if it works for your situation, here are a few more cues about when it’s definitely the right call, when you might want to consider something else, or when you might want to schedule a call to chat through more details.
A To-Do to Done Sprint works well if:
- You have momentum and know what needs doing, but need help executing
- You’re tired of the same tasks sitting on your to-do list week after week
- You want meaningful progress without a long-term commitment
You work well with deadlines and focused bursts of activity - You’d rather get things DONE than spend months planning them
- You appreciate someone who asks good questions and helps you think through decisions
It probably isn’t the right fit if:
- You have a lot on your list but aren’t clear on priorities yet—consider starting with a What To Do Audit to determine what actually matters most
- You have a longer to-do list and ongoing needs—Partnership options would be more cost-effective than multiple Sprints
- You’re a DIY-er at heart and would struggle having someone else execute your vision—hey, I get it, I can be a DIYer too! But this is definitely a done-for-you service
- You’re not ready to execute right now—if you need more thinking time, an Audit or a free Consultation Call might be a better starting point

Common questions
We’ll be realistic during our strategy call about what’s possible. The goal isn’t to do everything—it’s to make meaningful progress that gives you momentum. If there’s more to tackle, you’ll either have clear next steps to handle yourself, or we can explore ongoing Partnership options.
I see how your services affect your pricing, which influences how you describe them on your website, which shapes how you communicate with clients in your marketing. Instead of managing multiple people who don’t talk to each other, you get someone who understands the whole picture.
That’s totally fine—we’ll work with what you have, where you are. Do what you can with what you have, and don’t let fear of imperfection stop you from making progress. My assessment process (an online questionnaire you’ll complete after booking) is designed to give valuable insights without a heavy lift on your end. If gathering materials feels overwhelming, we can walk through what you have during our strategy call.
Nope. Part of my approach is teaching as you go. You’ll get training and simple documentation for anything you need to maintain. I want you to feel empowered, not dependent.
I’ve worked with healthcare organizations, creative agencies, nonprofits, consultants, coaches, and product-based businesses. The principles of clear communication and strategic energy management apply everywhere. Plus, I’m pretty good at pattern recognition and asking the right questions.

Not sure if a Sprint is right for you?
Try starting with a What To Do Audit—a 90-minute session where we map what’s draining you and create a clear priority roadmap. Some people do this before booking a Sprint. Others just need the clarity and handle the rest themselves.
Need ongoing support instead of a one-week sprint? Explore Partnership options for monthly strategic and implementation support—good for building foundations or intensive growth phases.
