Let's Talk About What's Stuck

Whether you know exactly what you need or you’re still figuring it out, I’m here to help.

What to expect after you send your message

I typically respond within a day or two—sometimes within a few hours if I’m between projects. If it takes a bit longer, I’m likely finishing up work for a current client. Either way, I’ll get back to you.

Once I confirm I got your message, we’ll figure out what makes sense. I might ask a few questions to understand your situation better—not a formal intake process, just enough context to have a useful conversation. If you schedule a consultation, you’ll get the call details right away, and I’ll reach out beforehand if there’s anything we should cover in advance.

Once we’re working together, communication happens however makes sense for the project. For Sprints, we have our two scheduled calls plus email for questions in between. For Partnerships, we have regular calls plus email/quick check-ins as needed. I’m not rigid about response times or communication channels—we figure out what works and adjust as needed.

Common questions

How quickly can we get started?

Sprints typically book about two weeks out, though sometimes I have openings sooner. Audits usually schedule within 1-2 weeks. Partnerships depend on current capacity. If you have a specific deadline or event you’re working toward, mention that when you reach out so we can see what’s possible.

Do you work with people outside Grand Junction?

Yes. I’ve been working virtually for years and I’m comfortable connecting with anyone anywhere. Time zones aren’t a problem.

If you’re local and want to meet in person, especially at the start, that’s always lovely—though most of my routine client work tends to happen online.

Need in-person support outside Grand Junction? We can absolutely talk about that. Just mention it when you reach out, and we can sort out the details.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That’s fine—figuring out what actually matters is part of the process. Tell me what you think needs doing, and we’ll work through what makes sense during our conversation.

What if I want to implement everything myself after the Audit?

That’s completely fine! The Audit is designed to give you a clear roadmap whether you implement it yourself, hire me for a Sprint, or work with someone else entirely. You’ll own all the insights and recommendations.

What if I need ongoing support instead of a one-time Sprint?

I offer Partnership options for monthly strategic and implementation support. We can talk through what fits your situation—whether that’s a Sprint, a Partnership, or something else entirely.

What if I already have a team/contractors working on marketing stuff?

That can actually work really well. I’m comfortable collaborating with existing team members or contractors. Sometimes I fill gaps, sometimes I help coordinate everything, sometimes I take over specific stuck projects. We can talk through what makes sense for your situation.

What if I'm not ready to commit to anything yet?

That’s totally fine. The free consultation is just a conversation—no pressure to book anything. Sometimes people realize they need a Sprint, sometimes they decide to tackle things themselves, sometimes they just needed someone to talk through their situation. All valid outcomes.
