Accessibility Commitment

To and Through Enterprises LLC (operating as Nora Welch) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

To and Through Enterprises LLC is making constant efforts to improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities.

We aim to make all pages and content on norawelch.com accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet the highest accessibility standards. This could be due to challenges in identifying the most suitable technological solution.

Accessibility Features

This website has been designed with the following accessibility features:

Navigation: Clear and consistent navigation structure, keyboard-only navigation capability, and logical heading structure
Content: Alternative text for images, descriptive link text, sufficient color contrast, and text that can be resized without loss of functionality
Forms: Clear labels for form fields and error messages that identify and explain errors
Technical: Semantic HTML markup for screen reader compatibility and responsive design that works across devices

Known Limitations

Some limitations may currently exist:

Third-party embedded content (payment processors, scheduling tools, social media) may not be fully accessible
Older content may not yet meet current accessibility standards
Some PDF documents may need accessibility improvements
